This really reminds me of 90's snowboarding gear, love it.
Vintage royal blue windbreaker.
Stand-up collar, lengthwise white snaps. Snaps have wear on them, the paint is coming off. Angled slit pockets at waist. White tie drawstring at hem. Snaps at sleeve cuffs. Left side has a red stripe lengthwise, with white stripes on either side. On right side of chest there's a "Triple E" patch. Seams from pockets to hemline. Label reads "Men's large, made in Canada, 100% nylon."
